• Visually check the appearance of the main burners, all burners should have a nice blue flame. • Make sure that all gas connections have not been tampered with or damaged, check for leaks with a soapy water solution. Never use an open flame to check for leaks. • Check to see that the flue exhaust area has no food debris, or blocked in any way. Never allow the flue to become excessively dirty.
