Look underneath and line up the (2) holes in the board with the (2) holes in the base of the warmer assembly. 3. Screw the wing screws provided from the bottom up through the board to secure the warmer. 4. Place the 18” x 26” pan under the board in the grooves to catch the scraps and meat drippings. 5. Close door and double check cooking time and temperatures. Then press the START button to start the cooking/retherm cycle and the Cook LED will light up. 7. Do NOT load food into oven until this has been done! Push power switch to “ON”. Press the SELECT button and choose the TIMED mode. Press the COOK BUTTON and set the temperature to 350° F (177° C). Press the HOLD button and set the temperature to 150° F (66° C). Press the PROBE/TEMP button and set the time to 1 hour. Open upper door and move thumb screw on cabinet to open the cabinet vent. Allow oven to run automatically for one hour of COOK/RETHERM cycle and 30 minutes of HOLD cycle. HOW TO SET
