ISPF operation becomes inoperable and Smart Manager for Mainframe cannot be terminated.
The issue occurs under conditions as follows:

When the user SVC is not registered, "ACT" or "DCT" is executed two times on a
COMMAND field of the Tiering Policy Group List area.

When the user SVC is not registered, "S", "V" or "P" is executed on a COMMAND field of
the Tiering Policy Group List area.

Closing CSV file ends in failure during the KTIMPORT command running.
In scanning multiple volumes, the number of detected volumes greater than the actual one is
displayed on:

For a user region of 16 MB or less: 1,024 KB
For an extended user region of 16 MB or more
4,000 KB + (4 x number of volumes) KB
Check adequate disk space for these required files.
