Anleitung Zusammenfassung
Close • Closes the schedule view you are working with. If there are any unsaved changes, a new window is displayed so that you can save them. Log In • You must log in to the server before you can use any one of its functions. You can log in to the server to perform a server program. The password you enter when installing MagicInfo Pro becomes the password of the Administrator account by default. Log Out • Once you are logged into the server, you can log out. If you log out from the server, all created views are closed and if there are any unsaved changes, a new window is displayed so that you can save them. Change Password • Changes the password of the currently logged-in account. User Account • Creates, deletes and changes the user accounts able to log into the server. There are two types of accounts that can be created: Administrator and User Accounts • Administrator: Has privileges for all server functions. • User: Has privileges for all server functions except for changing server options and user account features. Exit • Exits the program. If there are any unsaved changes, a new window is displayed so that you can save them. Tool Menu Undo / Redo • Cancels the previously performed command or performs the canceled command again. You can change the maximum number of commands that you can undo using the Option menu. Add • Adds the screen you wish to schedule after selecting a monitor and time by clicking in the EPG window. Delete • Deletes the screen currently selected in the EPG window. Copy / Paste • Copies the currently selected screen and pastes it after selecting a monitor and time by clicking in the EPG window. Publish (Network) • Publishes the currently configured schedules to the network monitors checked in the Publish View via the network. Publish (Local) • Publishes the currently configured schedules to the local monitors checked in the Publish View. They are created in the folder named after the monitor name, which is used as the local publishing directory. If you copy all the files and subfolders under the folder created in the name of the monitor to the root of a USB memory device and connect it to the USB port of your computer, the schedules are performed automatically without connecting to the network. You can set and change how to run schedules by changing the Local Schedule Option for the monitor. For more information, refer to the help on the monitor setup. You can view and change the local publishing directory in the Schedule tab of the Option. The default is the folder where the server executable exists. Clear • Stops the publishing which is in progress for a monitor checked in the Publish View and stops the schedule the networked monitor is running. Option • Changes the server settings. For more information, refer to the Option tab. Schedule Tree View EPG View List View Publish View Tree View Displays the connection state of the monitors currently connected to the server depending on the monitor icon. You can also efficiently manage the monitors by creating network groups. You can move a networked monitor by dragging and dropping it into a group. • : The server is connected to the monitor in Player mode. • : The server is connected to the monitor in Scheduler mode. • : The server is connected to the monitor in an unknown mode. • : The server is not connected to the monitor or the monitor is a local monitor. Network Network: A monitor which is connected to the server over a network. New Group: Creates a new group that can include some networked monitors. You can drag and drop a networked monitor to a group. Copy/Paste: Copies all the schedules configured on the selected monitor to the clipboard and pastes them to another monitor. Rename: Changes the name of a monitor connected to the server. You cannot use a name already used for another monitor. Delete: Deletes a monitor which is not connected to the server. Power On: Turns the selected monitor on or off. If the server and the monitor are on a private network, the Power On function cannot be operated on that monitor. However, if there is content server operating on the same subnet, the Power On function can be used. Remote Access: Allows you to remotely control a monitor connected to the server via VNC. The Remote Access function can degrade the performance of the server and the monitor. The Remote Access function does not support monitors on a private network. In addition, you cannot watch movies on the monitor which are played in overlay mode. Operating Mode: Changes the mode of a monitor connected to the server (Player / Scheduler). Local This is a virtual monitor used to create schedules for a monitor used without being connected to the network. Local publishing can be performed for a local monitor to create schedules for it. New Monitor: Creates a new virtual local monitor. Copy / Paste: Copies the schedules set on the selected monitor and pastes them to another monitor. Rename: Renames the selected monitor.
