• When the Off Timer setting is done, you can press the Off Timer button again to change the preset time. Press the Off Timer button to change the time setting and then press the Set/Cancel button to active it on. • You can combine Off timer function with On timer function to turn on and then off the air conditioner at the desired time (see page 23 for instructions). To deactivate the Off Timer 1. Press the Set/Cancel button on the remote control while Off Timer is on. When you set the time, there can be two possible options: Preset time of On Timer is shorter than Off Timer The air conditioner will turn on and then off automatically. Set up should be done while the air conditioner is off. ex.) If the preset time of the On Timer is 3 hours and the Off Timer is 5 hours, the air conditioner will turn on after 3 hours from the moment you have set the timer. Your air conditioner will remain on for 2 hours and then turn off automatically. Preset time of On Timer is longer than Off Timer The air conditioner will turn off and then on automatically. Set up should be done while the air conditioner is operating. ex.) If the preset time of the On Timer is 3 hours and the Off Timer is 1 hour, the air conditioner will turn off an hour after the moment you have set the timer. Your air conditioner will remain off for two hours and then it will turn on automatically. See page 22 for more detail instructions on setting Off timer. To deactivate the timer combination 1.
