The hand brake, located on the handle, locks the front wheel. The foot brake is located near the basket, on the rear axle. It locks the rear wheels. *You should always use both brakes when the stroller is not being pushed. To lock the hand brake, pull the lever in and hold it while you push the button down. As you hold the button down, release the brake lever. To release the hand brake pull the lever in until the button pops up. To lock the foot brake you simply push it down with your foot. Then try to push the stroller to make sure the brake is secure. Pull the foot brake up with your foot to release it. To adjust the hand brake if it becomes loose, turn the barrel toward you, away from the locking ring. Tighten the locking ring to make a gap no more than a 1/4” wide. If still too loose, adjust barrel down by the brake caliper. *These adjustments should be done in small increments - only a small amount of adjustment in necessary. NEVER trust your brakes 100%! Always keep an eye on your stroller. Always use your safety wrist strap any time a child is in the stroller. Warning: Never leave your child unattended. • Foot Well Adjustment Once the passenger is in his/her normal riding position, this position will best determine the appropriate location for the foot wells. Your foot well is adjustable to fit most passenger needs. Start by accessing the need of the user. Position the two bolts as shown in one of the hole sets. The bolts may be placed in any of three hole sets to accommodate your needs. The foot well can be positioned up or down in one inch increments. The foot wells may also be tilted from side to side in 25-degree increments. If necessary you may also shift the foot well from left to right V* increments. Once you and the rider are satisfied with the position of the foot wells secure them to the frame using the four 1 Va X Va bolts. • Seat Recline The seat is fully reclinded by unbuckling the strap behind the seat. Warning: Passenger may slip into leg opening and strangle. Never use in reclined position unless the firmness panel is in place. The seat is removed by undoing the Velcrcf and the straps from the foot plate and the frame. The seat needs to be unsnapped from the frame. • Harness Undo both buckles from the padded center strap. Place passenger in the seat. Adjust the padded center strap forward or backward to fit the passenger. Adjust the padded shoulder harness up or down on the Velcro strips to fit the passenger. Buckle the two buckles to the padded center strap. Pull the adjustment strap until the padded center strap and the padded shoulder harness are both snug. Warning: Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use seat belt. • Sun Canopy Remove the sun canopy from the plastic bag and snap the claps onto the frame through the slots in the seat. The clasp may feel tight. Start by installing on one end and rolling onto the tube. The mesh visor should be at the front of the stroller when installed Warning: Be sure to discard plastic bag from the canopy, it is a suffocation hazard. Warning: Do not store more than 12 pounds between the pockets and basket. Overloading the stroller may cause it to become unstable and tip over. Height Adjustable Handle Your stroller is equipped with a height adjustable handle. To adjust your handle, push the buttons on the inside of both handles. While holding the buttons, rotate the handle to the desired height. • Storage Your stroller has many places to store your stuff.
