We strongly recommend that you follow these assembly Instructions closely Choosing not to follow these Instructions, is outside of the manufacturer’s or distributor’s liability. • Stroller Frame Lay the stroller flat on the ground as shown. Lift the handle until the stroller is completely unfolded. Lift the upper handle into place and lock the swing clasps. Pull the rear support bars back and insert the QR pins. • Foot Well Assembly Start by inserting the fork tips into the fork tubes. Find the fender and brake caliper bracket. Insert the two 1” bolts through the cross bar. Slip the fender into position on the fork and over the bolts. Place the brake bracket into position over the bolts and install the nuts but do not tighten. Position the cover plates on the fork as shown. Install the four 1 %” x V* bolts starting from the bottom of the fork through the fork, fender, and cover plate. Install the nuts. Once you have the brake caliper, fender and cover plates in place tighten all 6 nut and bolt sets. Install the front and rear wheels. Set all the brakes. • Wheel I installation Rear wheels a) Remove wheels from plastic bag b) Remove foam cover from wheel axel c) Place rear footbrake in upright position d) Push the “push” button on the outside of the rear wheel; insert the rear wheel axle into the rear stroller frame axle. Give the wheel a tug to make sure it is locked into place. Warning: Be sure to discard plastic bags from wheels, they are a suffocation hazard to children. d) e g Front wheels a) Tip the stroller back so it is resting on its handle and rear wheels to put the front wheel on. Remove front wheel from plastic bag, remove the foam protector Make sure the brake release lever is pointed away from the stroller Starting from the bottom of the brake pads, push the wheel up and in between the brake pads. Rotate the wheel upwards and find the flat sides of the round axle and slide all the way to the back of the forks, on both sides. The quick release lever should be straight out. While holding the lever, tighten the thumbnut until it is snug. The axle should not move side to side. Flip the quick release lever down so it is flush with the frame. Give the wheel a tug to make sure it is secure. Warning: Check to make sure the stroller wheels are secure before each use. h) Close the brake calipers by pushing the lever backwards all the way. i) Make sure the seat strap is snapped around the frame on both sides by the basket. • Seat I nstal lation Remove the seat from the plastic bag. Insert the support panels into the pockets at the back and bottom of the seat. Zip closed. Hang the seat on the frame starting with the upper handle sleeve. Work your way down the handle and snap each button on both sides of the frame. Flip the kick panel back and wrap the top strap around the frame and connect each end together. Be sure not to wrap the straps around the lower support bars only the frame after adjusting foot well positions At the back of the seat wrap and button the anchor straps around the rear support bars. Adjust the harness system and any other positioning assistance that may be required. • Brakes Your stroller comes with two brakes: a foot brake and a hand brake.
