For Homelink® or Car2U®: You must also have your Homelink® or Car2U® enabled vehicle present and their programming instructions to perform these programming steps. For Genie® IntelliCode® 1 remote: You must also have your Genie® IntelliCode® 1 remote present. For Genie® IntelliCode® 1 wireless keypad: You must also have your Genie® wireless keypad installed and a PIN already programmed into the keypad. Programming instructions for Genie® IntelliCode® 2 wireless keypad will come with the wireless keypad. Homelink® programming If your Homelink® has been previously programmed to an Genie® opener begin with Step 1 and continue through Step 5 and 6 of the Homelink® section below.
