1. Plug charger into wall outlet. 2. Battery is not inserted properly. 2. Make sure battery is fully seated in battery cavity. 3. Battery cannot communicate with charger. 3. Remove battery and unplug charger, wait 10 seconds, then plug charger into wall outlet and reinsert battery. 4. Battery is too hot. 4.
