When an individual listens to stereo, the sensation is that there is a wall of sound from two speakers. Sound experts call this sensation or illusion, "Psycho-Acoustic.” Our brain and ears work together to combine the sounds from the two speakers to create the illusion of a wall of sound. This television uses the Spatializer feature to apply the Psycho-Acoustic illusion to create a 3-dimensional sound from the two speakers. When Spatializer is working, the sound feels as if it is coming from multiple speakers, surrounding the listener.
