Each communication signifies a type of information and priority. The dealer is responsible to carry out the directive provided in the communication. The types of communication are: Service Letter - General technical information for the dealer. Technical information on how to service the product and product improvements. Service Bulletin - Notification to update products to resolve certain issues or a notification of a policy change. Product Notices - Notification of limited product located in a certain region. This is a limited distribution to only those who received the product involved. Campaigns - Notification of a safety related issue. All product must be updated and are tracked by the factory until all units are corrected. SECTION 2 - SAFETY 2.1 WARNING: To avoid injury to hands and feet, always disengage clutches, shut off engine, and wait for all movement to stop before unclogging or working on snow thrower. Hand contact with the rotating impeller is the most common cause of injury associated with snow throwers. Never use your hand to clean out the discharge chute.
