The SHUTTLE knob makes it easy to find the information you want–all you need to do is turn the dial. STORING A NAME AND NUMBER 1. Press the STORE button. ENTER DIGIT shows in the display. 2. Use the keypad to enter the number you want to store (up to 32 digits). 3. Press SELECT to enter name. 4. Use the keypad to store a name (up to 21 characters). More than one letter or character is stored in each of the number keys. For example, to enter the letter “A,” press the 2 key once. For a “B,” press the same key twice. For a “C,” press it three times. 5. Once the desired letter is selected, use the SHUTTLE knob to move to the next one or skip a space. DIRECTORY SHUTTLE 6. Use the keypad to enter your voice mail access phone number. 7. Press SELECT to confirm.
