Anleitung Zusammenfassung

5. Allow enough clearance around the spa for full access to the spa equipment for service. User’s Guide OUTDOOR INSTALLATION Your spa may be installed on any level, smooth surface that is strong enough to support the filled unit. Observe the following considerations when deciding where to place your spa: 1. Make sure there are no sharp objects under the spa. 2. Do not install the spa on grass or dirt, as this will greatly increase the amount of debris entering the spa. Stepping stones or a solid wood 8 ft x 8 ft square platform, 5 to 9 inches in height, will provide a sufficient area for installation. 3. Verify that there is adequate room to place the spa and permit safe access. 4. Check local code requirements for restrictions (fencing, enclosures, child proof gates, etc.) PACKAGE CONTENTS Refer to the following picture and product checklist to verify that all parts of the spa have been received and are undamaged. Report and missing or damaged parts immediately. 1. Air Loop 2. Power Pack 3. GFCI (120 V models only) 4. Wall Panels 5. Vinyl Liner 6. Inflatable Bladder Cover 7. Top Spa Cover 8. Inflatable Connection Collar 9. Corner Pieces 10. Power Pack Feet 11. Inflation Hose 12. Foam Padding User’s Guide SPA ASSEMBLY 1. Take all parts out of the box. Compare items with package contents diagram on previous page 2. Start with the panel that has 3 large holes - hold with arrow pointing up and arrow on the inside spa wall. Locate this panel so you have enough room to attach power pack to spa liner. Pick up a plastic extrusion corner piece and slide it onto panel. The snap and lock should be towards the top, as shown in the diagram at right. Take another panel and slide it into the receiving plastic extrusion you placed on the first panel. Take another plastic extrusion corner piece and slide it into the grooves of the second panel. Continue panel assembly by alternating plastic corner extrusions and panels until spa structure is complete. HINT: If panels don’t slide easily into extrusions, you may wipe common cooking oil on grooves to allow them to slide easier. Slide the corner piece down onto the first panel. Snap Lock 3. Place two (2) pieces of bottom foam inside of the spa. Use three (3) pieces of foam for 6’ model. 4. Remove label(s) from liner-topowerpack union nut. 5. Place the liner inside the spa. Unfold, and line up fittings with holes in wall panel. Push fittings through holes in panel and snap the top of the liner to each of the eight plastic corner pieces. 6. Attach the three (3) feet to the bottom of the power pack. 13 User’s Guide 7. Connect the inflation hose to the blower exhaust fitting on the top of the power pack. Insert the key lock pin into the inflation hose fitting on the top of the power pack. The key lock pin must be inserted into the adapter of the inflation hose fitting when inflating. Failure to insert the key lock pin may result in injury. ...................... 8. Plug the power pack into the electric outlet. Press the Turbo Wave On/Off button to start the inflation. NOTE: The power pack will make a rattling noise while the pump is running with no water. This is normal. Do not run the power pack without water for more than 15 minutes. 9. Use the inflation hose to inflate the bladder cover and the connection collar. There are two inflation fittings on the inflatable bladder cover. Pinch the transparent fill valves while filling the cover to ensure good air flow through the valve. NOTE: After inflating the cover and collar, unplug the power pack while assembling and filling the spa with water. 10. Line up the water connections on the back of the power pack with the fittings on the side of the spa. 11. Attach the bottom, large fitting on the back of the power pack to the corresponding fitting on the spa, being careful not to cross-thread the fitting. Make sure the o-ring inside the fitting is properly seated and labels are completely removed. Hand tighten the connection nut. Next, attach the middle and upper hose connections from the power pack to the spa. Make sure the hose washers are in place and seated inside the connections. Tighten the fittings hand-tight. 12. With the power pack unplugged, remove the key lock pin and inflation hose from the top of power pack. Loosen the set screws on the side of the air loop fittings. Insert the air loop onto the blower connections on the top of the power pack until snug. Tighten the set screws. 13. Finally, place the inflated connection collar between power pack and spa. User’s Guide FILLING THE SPA 1. Ensure that the power pack is not plugged in. 2. Remove the protective caps from the suction and discharge fittings inside the spa. Place the caps in a safe location. 3. Using a garden hose, fill the spa with approximately 1/2 inch of water. STOP! With hands, smooth out any wrinkles on bottom of liner, starting from the center of liner and proceeding outwards towards the wall.
