Begin on speed 1 and increase desired speed depending on the recipe consistency. Start at 1 and increase speed as needed. 6 When finished, turn speed control to O (OFF) and unplug mixer. Speed Control Models Push speed control to eject attachments. Eject Button Models Push eject button to eject attachments. Following diagrams on bottom of mixer, insert desired attachment(s) into proper openings on bottom of mixer. NOTE: Do not use QuickBurst ™ for more than two minutes at a time or motor may overheat. Speed Control Button QuickBurst ™ Button Bowl Rest ™ Use the Bowl Rest ™ while adding ingredients or checking a recipe. To use, TURN MIXER OFF, then set the mixer on the edge of the bowl. Never use Bowl Rest ™ when mixer is on.
