COOKING HEAD SPECIFICATIONS Each Top-SideTM cooking head is designed to be connected to a 208, 220 or 240 volt single phase line. Front trough only griddles are preferred for multiple heads. • Cooking Surface: 101/2'' (267mm) wide x 20'' (508mm) deep (per cooking head). • Number of heads: One head can be used for every 12'' (305mm) of plate width. Each Top-Side™ cooking head will be positioned over a griddle thermostat to ensure peak efficiency. • ETL and ETL Sanitation listed.
