Anleitung Zusammenfassung

With a pole in one hand and web/grommet in the other, push the pole evenly along its length to create an arc. Place the post end into the grommet to maintain tension across the fabric. Repeat with the second pole. See fig.4. Your Shelter is ready! REV C 4-09 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS SOLAR SHADE: • Assemble the shockcorded poles. Try to prevent pole sections from snapping together, as this can damage the pole ends. Make certain each insert has seated firmly into each plain end. See fig. 1. • Take down: Open door, untie sand bags or pull up stakes. Pull posts out of the grommets and push poles out of the sleeves. Collapse the poles and stow. Fold the shelter onto itself in thirds. Roll up towards the door and stow. • Where soil conditions permit and when winds prevail, we recommend that you attach the guy out cords to the four loops on the sleeves and stake them out. Use the sliders on the cords to adjust tension. See fig.6. BE COURTEOUS OF OTHER VISITORS CAUTION: • Good judgment and common sense must be used for each installation and take down. Johnson Outdoors Gear LLC shelter products are manufactured for use as temporary protection from sun and light rain. Evacuate the shelter in threatening or severe weather. • These shelters offer good protection from the sun. However, they do not offer complete protectionwear sunscreen. • Never leave infants or toddlers in a zipped-up shelter. ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT: Ultraviolet light damage to the shelter fabric is caused by excessive exposure to sunlight. While our fabrics are UV resistant, any synthetic fabric is susceptible to UV degradation. UV damage will cause nylon and polyester to become brittle and tear easily. UV damage can be minimized by erecting shelters on sites with low exposure to direct sunlight. COLOR TRANSFER: Color may transfer from a dark fabric to a lighter fabric whenever the colors are in direct contact, over time while subjected to moisture and/or heat. This does not effect performance- only appearance. To help prevent color transfer, always make sure your shelter is completely dry before storage. CLEANING: • Clean the shelter by setting it up and wiping it down with a mild soap (liquid hand soap) and lukewarm water solution. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Never use detergent, washing machines or dryers because they can damage the tent’s protective coating and seams. After cleaning, be sure the shelter is completely dry, especially the heavier, double-stitched areas such as the seams, before storing or mold and mildew are likely to grow. • Clean the poles with a cloth and lubricate them with silicone spray. This is especially necessary after ocean side day trips to remove salt spray so the poles don’t corrode or stay gritty. • Clean the zippers with a rinse in fresh water and then dry them off. This is especially important if you’ve set up in a location with sand/dirt/salt. If you don’t clean the zippers, the sliders will wear out and eventually the teeth will become inoperable. REPAIRS: For repairs due to normal wear and tear, animal attack, accident or some other reason that is not covered under the warranty, we recommend t...
