E) MODE: Used to select between displayed options. WATTS DESCRIPTION: A WATT is a measurement of your power output based on the resistance level and speed you are pedaling. For example, if you lower the resistance level and increase your pedaling speed you can still be outputting the same number of watts. Many people will use WATTS as a way to gauge the relative intensity of a workout. TARGET HEART RATE: The Target HR is calculated as 85% of your maximum heart rate.
