Installation 1.1 Installation of control box and motor As shown below, install control box and motor to the bottom of the table, and pay attention to: A Pulley of motor must be parallel to that of machine head. A The power must be turn off during installation. 1.2 Installation of synchronizer A Install the synchronizer onto the pulley and the notch of synchronizer should be mounted horizontally. A Turn off the power when connecting or disconnecting any connectors on the control box. A Confirm the connector's direction to be correct and insert the connector completely. 1.4 Power connection The power cable has 3 wires. The yellow-green wire is ground wire. The red one is live line and the black one is null line. Make sure connect correctly. 2. Operation 2.1 Operation After installing correctly, operate sewing machine or setup parameter by pressing the power switch to "1". Attention: A Please use the switch of control box to turn on or turn off the sewing machine. Do not use the general supply to turn on or turn off the sewing machine when switch at the position "1". A Do not turn on and turn off the system frequently. Do not turn on the power again unless all of the display on operation board unlighted. A Do not step on pedal or press the bulton of control box when turn on the system(except special function described in 2.6 ~ 2.8).
