You can see the assigned user permissions and modify them. You can also check the usage count for each user or the usage count by job type. With this Users button, you can: -see all the assigned users and permissions. -change permissions. -delete users by clicking the button. Shows the assigned user and user group permissions of the device. If you click the Groups button, Group Permissions for Selected Device window pops up. You can see the assigned user group permissions and modify them. You can also check the usage count for each user group or the usage count by job types.. Enabling/disabling Job Accounting Enabling Job Accounting 1.From SyncThru™ Admin 5, click Job Accounting menu > Devices > Devices Settings > Device List. -The device does not support Job Accounting or device is not responding properly. -The device is already occupied by some other SyncThru (SyncThru updates the JAC state every 30 minutes). You can see the result in the Devices History (See "Device History" on page 23). Or you can check the result in the JAC State column after refreshing the Devices List.
