Warranty Model 0916CA with Ultralife lithium battery: 10 Year Limited Warranty Kidde warrants to the Purchaser that this enclosed smoke alarm, and Ultralife Batteries Inc. warrants to the Purchaser that the enclosed Ultralife 9 volt lithium battery when used with this enclosed smoke alarm, will be free from defects in material, workmanship or design under normal use and service for a period of ten years from the date of purchase. The obligation of Kidde under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing this smoke alarm, or any part which we find to be defective in material, workmanship or design, free of c h a rge to the customer. To return a defective Ultralife battery, return the battery along with proof of purchase and a note describing the nature of difficulty to: Ultralife Batteries Inc., P.O.
