When your tablet device is not performing as expected, the data storage area of the tablet device may be full. Uninstall any unnecessary applications. The sound may be interrupted when the screen is rotated while using the built-in speaker. This does not indicate a malfunction. A headset cannot be used. Use the tested Sony MDR-EX38IP headset.
