Power is turned on whenever a plug is inserted into the INPUT jack, and is turned off when the plug is disconnected. When not using the unit, you should disconnect any cord connected to the INPUT jack. 7. LEVEL Knob TONE Knob TURBO Switch LEVEL Knob This knob adjusts the level of the effect sounds. Set the knob so there is no volume difference between the effect and straight guitar sounds. * When this knob is rotated completely counterclockwise, no sound is heard. 6 TONE Knob This knob controls the tone of the distortion sounds; rotati ng the knob clockwi se boosts h igher frequencies, while rotating it counterclockwise cuts higher frequencies. DRIVE Knob This knob adjusts the depth of the distortion sounds; rotating the knob clockwise makes the distortion deeper and the sustain longer. TURBO Switch This switch turns the TURBO effect on and off. TURBO On : The overdrive sounds are ful! and powerful. TURBO Off: Just a hint of overdrive is present, creating sounds with a si ight edge. *Tbe TURBO effect can be turned on and off via foot control when an optional pedal switch is connected to the REMOTEjack. When using a pedal to turn the TURBO effect on and off, set the TURBO Switch on the panel to the "ON (REMOTE)''position.
