• Moisture Cooling may not be activated at high temperature. • Moisture cooling may not be activated during heating. • Fan Speed Selection button is not activated during Moisture Cooling operation. • It prevents excessive dryness, but doesn't moisturize. NOTE Jet Cool/Heat Operation Jet cool function can be used to cool the room quickly in hot summer. When this function is turned on, the air conditioner runs in cooling operation mode with super high fan speed and 18°C setting temperature for 30 minutes for fast and effective cooling. Similarly, jet heat function (available only in some models) warms up the room quickly by operating at super high fan speed and 30°C setting temperature for 30 minutes. You can activate this operation by pressing the JET COOL BUTTON. To change from jet cool mode to high fan speed cooling mode, press the JET COOL BUTTON or INIDOOR FAN SPEED SELECTOR BUTTON or the ROOM TERPERATURE SETTING BUTTON again. • Jet Cool/Heat operation cannot be activated during Air Circulation operation, auto changeover operation. • In case of Cooling only model , Jet Cool cannot be activated during Heating. • In case of Inverter you can use jet heat function by pressing JET COOL BUTTON for heating operation. • Each time the JET COOL / MOISTURE COOLING BUTTON is pressed, the operation mode is shifted in the direction of the arrow. - Cooling Jet cool > Moisture cooling operation > cooling - Heating Jet heat > heating NOTE ENGLISH Owner's Manual 17 Operating Instructions Eco Eye Operation (Optional) Eco Eye operation controls airflow by sensing the position of residents. ECO EYE Each time the button is pressed, the mode is shifted in the direction of the arrow. Direct airflow Indirect airflow Cancellation NOTE • Pushing the horizontal vane control or vertical louver control button make to cancel the Eco Eye Operation • Eco Eye operation is not activated during Moisture Cooling and Sleep Mode. • Sensor detection sensitivity is different according to the position of indoor unit, movement of objects, temperature range etc. (The object very different from the surrounding temperature can be mistakenly detected.) • Heat emitting objects such as TV, monitor can be mistakenly detected as people. Pets, fluttering curtains, sunlight, reflected light etc are also mistakenly detected. • Energy Saving mode can be occurred because of sansing uncorrectly depending on the thickness of clothes. • It goes into Energy Saving mode if there are no people in the detecting area for 20 minutes. • Energy Saving mode set setting temperature maximum +2°C during cooling, and maximum -2°C during heating. • When surrounding temperature is high(approximately over 28°C), Eco Eye Operation and Eco Eye Energy Saving Mode is not activated. • While Energy Saving Cooling mode operate, Eco Eye Energy Saving mode isn't activated. While Eco Eye at heating mode operates, horizontal vane will be stopped at the angle of maximum airflow. -Do not locate large objects, heating units, or humidifiers near the "Eco Eye Sensor". It can make the "Eco Eye Sensor" detect objects incorrectly. -Do not hit the "Eco Eye Sensor".
