How Do You Say Lopi? We hear a lot of different pronunciations - Lopey...Loopee...loppy! It’s actually pronounced Low-pie, and was created by our president, Kurt Rumens. Why We Only Make Direct Vent Gas Appliances The American Lung Association discourages the use of vent-less appliances or appliances that take combustion air from the inside of the home for health and environmental reasons. They recommend homeowners choose only sealed, direct vent gas appliances to preserve indoor and outdoor air quality and to prevent by-products such as carbon monoxide, soot and nitrogen dioxide from entering your home.
