IN THE EVENT THAT THE BUILDING MAY BE EXPOSED TO FREEZING TEMPERATURES AND WILL BE VACANT, DRAIN ALL WATERBEARING PIPES, PROPERLY WINTERIZE THE BUILDING AND TURN OFF ALL WATER SOURCES. IN THE EVENT THAT THE BUILDING IS EXPOSED TO FREEZING TEMERATURES AND IS VACANT, ANY HYDRONIC COIL UNITS SHOULD ALSO BE DRAINED AND AN ALTERNATIVE HEAT SOURCE UTILIZED. 2 I WARNING WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM IMPROPER SERVICE OR SERVICE PROCEDURES.
