CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE • Ensure that the units is unplugged before cleaning. • Clean the beater arm (4) with warm, soapy water. • Clean the main housing with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Never submerge in water. EXAMPLE Mayonnaise 200-250 ml oil 1 egg (yolk and white) 1 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar, salt and pepper to taste Put all ingredients into the beaker according to the a.m. order.
