Create your own 4- to 10-digit password. . Record the greeting your callers will hear. . Record a busy greeting* that your callers will hear when your line is busy. If you do not record a busy greeting, callers will always hear your regular greeting. *Busy greeting is available only where facilities exist. . Record your name as a label for your mailbox. . Using Home Voice Mail Now that you have set up your Home Voice Mail mailbox, you’re ready to learn how easy it is to use this service. Greeting -The announcement you record in your own words for your callers to hear, or the standard announcement provided by the system, if you choose Main Menu -The list of options you choose from once you’ve dialed into the Home Voice Mail service 2 Special Keys - Now and then, the voice prompts will ask you to press Nor ± located on the bottom row of your telephone keypad How To Retrieve Messages You can only retrieve messages from a Touch-Tone telephone.
