Its compact design and shallow depth greatly simplify installation problems. The excellent high frequency response and wide range makes the loudspeaker ideally suitable where excellent intelligibility is required. The high efficiency of the magnetic structure and wide distribution angle of 90° at 3000 Hz reduce the number of speakers as well as the amplifier power needed for good coverage. Additional features of the design are the pre-drilled mounting holes for 70 volt distribution transformers, high power capacity and unusually wide frequency range.
